Baghare Baigan

Ingredients Small round Brinjals - 10CashewsGinger and garlic paste - 2 table spoonOnion - 1 medium ( paste)Green chillies - 7 ( crushed )coriander leaves - a bunchFresh tomato paste - 2 riped oneAmchoor powder - 1 table spoonSaunf powder - 1 tea spoonCoriander powder - 1 tea spoonCumin seed powder - 1 tea spoonTurmeric powder - 1 tea spoonFive whole masala - pinchsalt - to tasteMethod Slit Brinjal , in four pieces in such a way that head of the brinjal is still intact .
