Makhana Kheer

Preparation Time : 15 minutesCooking Time : 20 minutesServes : 4-5Ingredients :milk - 1 ltrs.makhana - 100 gms.sugar - 4 table spoongreen cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spooncashews - 10raisins - 1 table spoonalmond - 10ghee - 1 table spoonMethod:Soak almond in warm water to blanch. Remove skin and slice it.Put ghee in a pan and fry the makhanas till it is crispy. Grind the makhanas coarsely. Put milk in a thick bottom pan to boil. Reduce heat and simmer continuously till the quantity is reduced to 1/3. Put the grounded makhanas and simmer continuously for 5 minutes. Spinach Dip

IngredientsSpinach - 1 bag frozenSour cream - 2 table spoonMayonnaise - 2 table spoonSalt - A pinchBlack pepper - a pinchMethod - Boil or steam spinach in microwave , and let it cool down for a while .
