Remove skin and slice it.Put ghee in a pan and fry the makhanas till it is crispy. Grind the makhanas coarsely. Put milk in a thick bottom pan to boil. Reduce heat and simmer continuously till the quantity is reduced to 1/3. Put the grounded makhanas and simmer continuously for 5 minutes.
